Here you can find info on some of our past projects.
Woodmans Mews – restoration of a community garden
Plant a Seed – working to train NHS staff working in residential and other care settings, providing them with the knowledge and confidence to develop therapeutic gardening and food growing projects within their own setting.
Get Growing – worked with pre-school nurseries, children’s centres and parent and toddler groups across the Hammersmith and Fulham borough to facilitate growing fruit and vegetables, cooking and eating.
Herbal Haven – was an intergenerational project bringing children and older people together with fun herbal activities.
Soup4Lunch – Is an innovative social enterprise, supported by HCGA initially but now continues without our support, that brings social programmes to sheltered housing for over 50s and vulnerable adults. The focus is on gardening and healthy eating and the aim is to engage residents in self-directed activity.
