We deliver projects across the London Boroughs of Hammersmith & Fulham, Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea, creating and caring for green spaces that support people, wildlife and the environment. Our programmes are shaped around the needs of local residents, often developed in consultation with local councils and community partners.
We have been working in Hammersmith & Fulham since our foundation in 1984. Our work includes managing multiple community gardens in the area, each providing valuable spaces for growing, learning, connecting and taking action for nature.
Our gardens act as community hubs, educational resources and welcoming spaces for events, volunteering and activities that bring people together. They provide opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to access nature, develop practical skills and build stronger connections with their local environment.
Across all three boroughs, we deliver environmental education, gardening for wellbeing, family gardening, and landscaping and maintenance of green and blue spaces that support biodiversity, improve urban environments and contribute to healthier, more sustainable communities.
