New H&F Food For All Partnership Website
HCGA are proud to have been a member of the Food For All Partnership since 2023, a cross-sector network building a better food system for everyone in Hammersmith and Fulham. As part of the H&F 2025-2030 Food Plan, an inclusive and user-friendly Food for All website has been created.
About the Partnership
The H&F Food For All Partnership are an independent collective of charities, community groups, residents, businesses, the council and other public sector partners who have come together in order to ensure that all residents of LBHF have access to good, healthy, affordable food.
The H&F Food For All Partnership was set up in 2021 in response to rising food insecurity and concern about the impact of poor diet on residents’ health. Local charities, faith groups, the council, NHS partners and community organisations came together to coordinate support, share what was working and reduce duplication. From the start, the aim was simple: make sure everyone in Hammersmith & Fulham can access good food with dignity, not just emergency help.
Since 2021 the Partnership has grown to encompass more than 14 different organisations across the spectrum of charity, government and faith-based organisations. Meeting quarterly, usually in community venues such as churches and hubs, the Partnership maps local need, connect projects and agree shared priorities.
We look forward to continuing to share our experience of community food growing and working together to improve food security, support local communities and create lasting environmental and social benefits.
