HCGA Install Japanese Garden at WECH
On Thursday 26th March the new Japanese Garden at Walterton and Elgin Community Homes (WECH) was opened by the Lord Mayor of Westminster.
The garden was designed and installed by HCGA and was part of a large project of internal and external renovations.
The event was attended by local residents, members of the local community and a representative from the Japanese Embassy.
