A successful workshop for Kensington and Chelsea residents @cadogan_pier the participants learned how to make Preserved lemons using fresh and juicy lemons.
🍋 sea salt, black peppercorns and bay leaves 🍃. Learners then gift wrapped their own little jars and dated the labels to keep track of when they can start using their ready preserved lemons 🍋.

We recently ran a trip to the Natural History Museum where we had a guided tour of the collection of the Angela Marmont Centre for UK Biodiversity and the still under-construction wildlife garden. We were really interested in hearing about how they translocated the plants and wildlife from the established existing pond to holding tanks during the building of the new pond. Can`t wait to see it after completion!

Thanks to the fab team at NHM for hosting the visit and to TFL for funding our Winter Walks programme.
