Update on our New Glasshouse to be Built at Ravenscourt Park

We also scooped another ‘Outstanding’ award from @LondonInBloomUK for the fourth site we manage: Ravenscourt Park Glasshouses, with an incredible score of 90/100!
In one of the photos below, you can see that the Glasshouses have now been completely emptied in preparation for our new glasshouse to be built! We are really looking forward to recommencing our regular programmes here once it’s completed by spring 2022!
At Ravenscourt Park Glasshouses we usually run volunteer gardening sessions throughout the week, @yoginstagram runs weekly Saturday yoga classes, we hold play scheme sessions for families throughout all of the school holidays, we host school groups to help schools cover their Science National Curriculum objectives in action in the garden, we run plant sales, wreath workshops and we hire the space to people for events if it fits within our remit of promoting environmental sustainability, education, and health and well-being.
While the new glasshouse is being built, some of these programmes will be moved temporarily to our other site Phoenix Farm in White City and some sessions will be held at Sands End Community Centre, on Instagram: @seaccfulham
We are looking forward to welcoming everyone back to this site with a big opening party in Spring – watch this space!
